1. General Information
We aim to deliver your orders in the best condition and within the promised timelines. All shipments are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in [City, State], India.
2. Shipping Coverage

Domestic Shipping: We ship to almost all pin codes across India.

Service Partners: We partner with reputed courier services such as [Blue Dart/Delhivery/Shiprocket/DTDC] to ensure reliable delivery.

Restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For certain remote areas (North-East, J&K, etc.), delivery may take 2–3 business days longer than the standard time.
3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders above ₹2000. A flat shipping fee of ₹300 applies to orders below ₹300.

Cash on Delivery (COD): We are yet to start COD.

Express Shipping: Available at an additional charge of ₹ 200 for selected metro cities.
4. Processing and Delivery Timelines

Order Processing: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Transit Time: * Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.

Rest of India: 4–7 business days.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package [2] times before it is returned to our warehouse (RTO). Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the shipment.
6. Order Cancellation & Modifications

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are dispatched.

Once a tracking ID is generated, we cannot reroute the shipment or change the delivery address.
7. Damages and Missing Items

If you receive a package that is tampered with or damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately at

In case of missing items, please report the issue within [24–48 hours] of delivery with supporting photos/videos of the unboxing.
