Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, sent to your email or phone number after you order.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@gomystical365.com.
If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for your return label. Please note that while we accept returns, shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be covered in the event of a return. Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind or personal preference once an item has been delivered; this includes books and all other products.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. When the package is out for delivery please be mindful of it, so you can ensure safe delivery.
We do not offer refunds on packages marked delivered, that have not been sent back to us and approved for a refund.

Order cancellations

Due to the handmade and unique nature of the products we provide, all sales are final. Please be aware that there is a no cancellation policy in place. If you wish to return your order once received, you can contact us at support@gomystical365.com. to organise a return. Please note the buyer will need to cover postage fees to return their items. 

Wrong Address / Reshipments - 

We are not responsible for products after it ships.

If your item has been lost in the mail you'll need to reach out to the post office directly. There will be no reshipments for wrong address. If your address is incorrect on your order you must let us know within 24 hours or your item will be shipped to the address on file. We are not be responsible for reshipments/ or lost packages. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, we cannot offer a full refund because each item is handmade and crafted specifically for you. In such cases, a partial refund of 50% may be issued at our discretion. We strongly encourage all international buyers to check their country’s import policies before completing a purchase to avoid additional charges or parcel returns

Customs Duties, Taxes, and International Orders
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the buyer’s local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in GoMystical365's product prices or shipping costs.

If a buyer refuses to pay the required duties or taxes, or fails to respond to customs inquiries, resulting in the parcel being held, returned, or destroyed, GoMystical365 is not responsible for issuing a refund or resending the order.

If the parcel is returned to GoMystical365 in sellable condition, a refund will be issued for the product cost only minus a 3.5% restocking fee; shipping costs are non-refundable. If the parcel is not returned, no refund will be issued.

Customers are strongly advised to check their local import regulations prior to placing an order.

Failed Delivery & Resend Policy
If an international order is returned to GoMystical365 due to unpaid duties, tariffs, or taxes (for orders placed before 16th September 2025, when Delivered Duty Paid shipping was not yet in use), the buyer may request a resend at their expense.

For all orders shipped with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), duties and tariffs are covered in advance by GoMystical365. In the rare event that a parcel is returned despite DDP being applied, GoMystical365 will offer one resend to the same address. A 3.5% restocking fee and ₹300/£15/$20 to cover the price of reshipping.

Reasons for Returned to sender:

The address provided was incomplete or incorrect

The delivery partner couldn't access the address Customs fees or duties weren’t paid in time The parcel was refused upon delivery

The customer refused to pay customs

The parcel wasn't picked up in time

To help you avoid extra charges, please double-check your address at checkout and keep an eye on your tracking updates. If customs fees apply, be sure to pay them on time to prevent delays or returns. 

Please note: Returned parcels often arrive with courier relabels that cover the original shipping information. Because of this, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact MysticPrimrose if their parcel has been returned, so that it can be correctly identified and matched to their order.

If an order is returned due to unpaid duties and arrives in damaged or unsellable condition, a refund will not be issued.
